Shipping & Returns

Selecting Items to Purchase

Select and click on a product of categories group, for example: ink cartridge, and choose the product you would like to purchase then click add to cart, follow by checkout and log in with your registered email address.

Minimum purchase is RM200 per transaction.

If you've provided a valid email address when you order, you will receive phone call or e-mail from us to confirm your order.

If the items that you order is out of stock, we will inform you by phone call or email.

Delivery

Once we confirm your order, it will be delivered within the next 2-3 days.

Free delivery for purchase of RM200 and above per invoice for Ipoh area.

Delivery hours: 10:00am to 5:00pm (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.)

For areas out of our free shipping, a minimum fee beginning from RM15 will be charged, based on distance. Unfortunately, we currently only ship to Peninsular Malaysia. Also, no P.O. boxes are allowed.

Payment

We accept cash and EFT payment . Cash payment can be make upon delivery of goods. EFT payment - notification of such payment vide telephone or email is required. For cheque payment, cheque must be made payable to "Tomorrow's E-office Suppliers Sdn Bhd" pay in slip fax to 05-243 4191. Your order will be delivered within 3 days after successful cheque clearance. All products sold are not returnable.

Order & Shipping

As soon as your payment is verified, we will process your order within 24 hours. The actual time needed is given by the "Availability" stated on the product page. For example, if the availability is 24-48 hours, it will take us that much time before shipping. We will try our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

How do I check my order status?

First, you need to sign into your account. Then click on "Check Order Status". Below are the processing stages:

Verifying your payment, Processing your order and Shipped - you can now track your order with the tracking number provided.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

After your order is shipped, the courier company will deliver your order within 1-2 days. You can always trace your order with the tracking number provided on your order page. So the time needed is payment verification (0-1 day) + processing (based on Availability" given) + shipping (1-2 days).

My received order contains wrong/ faulty items. What do I need to do?

While all efforts are made to ensure your order is processed properly, we apologies for any inconvenience if your received items are incorrect or not working. Please email us your order # and the problem with the item. Our support will issue an RMA and arrange a pickup from you. We will process your order as soon as we have received the item from you and identified the problem.

How easily can a warranty be claimed?

We carry a wide range of products and as such, the warranty terms vary accordingly. Some suppliers require you to contact them directly for any warranty claim, while others we will advise you the steps to take. Don't hesitate to email our support if you have any questions.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Since your satisfaction is a priority, we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Tomorrow's E-office Suppliers Sdn Bhd 14 days returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange or return it to Tomorrow's E-office Suppliers Sdn Bhd in its original condition with 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) or opened (with the original packaging and accessories intact) and we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item excluding the delivery charges in the following event:-

In the event that the return is not caused by our fault or error, Customer shall also be responsible for any expenses incurred for the return of your purchase to Tomorrow's E-office Suppliers Sdn Bhd. Example charged a minimum of RM10 or 5% of the total refund or whichever higher.

In the event that the return is caused by our fault or error, Tomorrow's E-office Suppliers Sdn Bhd shall bear for any expenses incurred for the return.

You shall notify us on your return by email soonest possible.

If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within our time period you may at your option cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund.
